We're Bryan and Tiffany Petry — husband and wife, Coastal Bend residents, and the two names behind The Petry Realty Group. From our home on acreage just outside Goliad, we spend our days helping families across Victoria, Goliad, and the broader Coastal Bend buy their first home, sell the one they're ready to let go of, and negotiate deals they can actually feel good about.
Real estate isn't just a business to us. Between the two of us we've built a life here — raising our 13-year-old, tending to our land, and getting to know this community through more than a decade of relationships. When we tell you what a neighborhood feels like at sunset, we mean it. When we tell you what a house should sell for, we've watched the local market long enough to actually know.
